Charming 3 bedroom cabin nestled in the woods at the top of Chimney Hill on Haystack Mountain, a 15 minute drive from Mt Snow Ski Resort, with a newly renovated kitchen. Our cabin offers a cozy living room with a pellet stove and sliding glass doors overlooking a private deck backing to forest. Guests enjoy access to Chimney Hill's Clubhouse (indoor pool, hot tub, game room and fitness center), and a stocked fishing pond, ice skating rink, hiking and snowmobile trails.
The space:
Rustic wood trim throughout the cabin in every room creates a warm and cozy feeling.
The pellet stove provides both heat and ambience for winter evenings, enhanced with a beautiful view of the woods in the back visible through the sliding glass doors. The living room has a smart TV with Roku and cable TV is provided.
Wall mounted power-strips have been installed in the bedrooms next to each bed with 3 AC outlets and 2 USB charging ports, for your convenience.
There's a fire pit in the backyard at the edge of the woods surrounded by comfortable chairs, with plenty of firewood for your use. Or you can enjoy the outdoors sitting on the patio furniture on the deck, or the patio.
Guest access:
During the winter months and in April for mud-season, you will need 4 wheel drive to get on and off the mountain. The cabin is basically at the very top of Chimney Hill - which is a 8-10 minute drive in good weather and driving conditions. The last half-mile is not paved.
Other things to note:
Chimney Hill is a quiet community and has implemented a noise ordinance. No excessive noise is allowed which disturbs the peace or the privacy of neighboring homes before 8am in the morning or after 9pm at night.

All rentals through Chimney Hill Rental Management include use and access to all of the Chimney Hill amenities. This includes use of the Chimney Hill Clubhouse. At the Clubhouse, you will find: a fitness room, arcade games, ping pong table, pool table, theater, sitting/reading rooms, BYO Bar, summer BBQ, horseshoe court, kids play area, indoor hot tub, indoor pool, outdoor pool, lighted tennis court, lighted basket ball court, bocce court, and volleyball court. Other amenities include a fishing pond, picnic areas, more tennis courts, skating rink and warming hut, VAST snowmobile trails, and hiking trails. Chimney Hill is located five minutes from downtown Wilmington, fifteen minutes from Mount Snow.
