This is a lovely Vermont chalet - style home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a fireplace, deck, cable TV with DVD player and an X-Box. Located on a quiet side road, this home features an outstanding private deck with a large flat yard and plenty of sunshine. This home boasts lots of sleeping spaces - including a loft "nook".

This home is available for rental April through October only and will entertain short or long-term stays. Short term stays (<30days) include WiFi, while longer term stays wil be charged a small fee. Included with all rentals is cable TV, curbside rubbish pickup and access to all of Chimney Hill's amenities including the clubhouse.
