Welcome to your home away from home. This home is located low on the hill in the "C" section and offers a flat driveway! Entering on the gruond level, you have ample mudroom and closet space for "all the stuff" and "all the shoes". Let the kids peel off into the second living area to watch TV, play ping pong or just relax on the couch with their devices. As you head upstairs to the main living floor, you are greeted by an etire wall of sliding glass doors and beuatiful warm sunshine. When that isn't enough, click on the propane fired "woodstove" to take the chill off before lounging in the comfy furniture.

This home welcomes well behaved pets for an additional security deposit.

We require that you bring your own preference of sheets, towels and pillowcases. Included in your rental is cable TV, curbside rubbish pickup, plowing WiFi (short term rentals only) and access to all of Chimney Hill's amazing amenities including the Clubhouse.

Plase note, if you have stayed with us before, we have removed the hot tub.
